Short Profile: Gauhar Khan is an Indian model, VJ and actress, most known for her prominent role in Ranbir Kapoor starrer, Rocket Singh: Salesman of the Year (2009). She is the sister of television actress Nigar Khan.

Gauhar Khan was born in Pune, Maharashtra. She is the sister of Indian television actress, Negar Z. Khan. Gauhar Khan has acted in a couple of television ads, such as Bajaj Auto, Ford Ikon and Tanishq jewellery. She has also modeled for Manish Malhotra.

In 2002, she participated in Femina Miss India contest and came fourth she is somewhere hot idol. Gauhar Khan started off with appearances in two music videos, one of them being a music video by Bombay Vikings. She has anchored the film gossip show Page 3 on ZOOm Television. In the film portrayed her role as Lalit Bakshi, the film's counterpart ofElizabeth Bennet in the Austen novel.
