So how can an iPad 2 cost this much? Many of us may already have heard about Stuart Hughes, which has shown the world the most expensive iPhone wallet, Gucci diamond belts or the world’s most expensive suit. Now he has launched the iPad 2 Gold History Edition,
which is a standard Apple iPad 2 just that it has 12.5 carats of diamonds and a 24 carat Apple logo from 53 gems
The rear of the iPad 2 is covered in 24 carat gold and the front is made from the oldest rocks in the world, Ammolite, and is over 75 million years old. To make it even more exclusive, this iPad 2 also has a 65-million-year old T-rex dinosaur’s thigh bone which was shaved into the Ammolite then finished off with ultimate jewel.
Only two such devices will be available and the cost for one iPad 2 Gold History Edition is 8.2 million dollars or £5 million, the only thing left for Stuart Hughes now to wait for two buyers for his latest creation.

Pop star Lady Gaga has collected $250,000 from the sales of a wristband she designed to raise money for Japan's earthquake victims. "Monsters (fans): in just 48 hrs you've raised a quarter of a million dollars for Japan Relief. It's important we help. X (sic)," Gaga posted on her Twitter page.
The singer urged her twitter followers to buy the $5 red and white accessory, which has a message "We pray for Japan" both in English and Japanese.
Japan suffered widespread devastation as a result of the 9.0 magnitude earthquake on March11. Gaga is among many stars to raise donations through the social networking website.
Singer Katy Perry tweeted: "Remember as you go about your day please 'pray for Japan & if you are able, text REDCROSS to 90999 to donate $10 to Japan's emergency relief. (sic)"
Teen heartthrob Justin Bieber also sent a message to fans, writing: "Japan is one of my favourite places on earth - it's an incredible culture with amazing people. My prayers go out to them. We all need to help."
People can donate to the relief fund via The Red Cross through a variety of methods including the charity's website, Facebook and iTunes.

It is touted to be Salman Khan’s new actioner after Dabangg. The star has indulged in the daredevil adventure sport of wing suit flying in a commercial of his new endorsement for a soft drink.
The ad was recently shot at a remote location in the mountainous terrains of New Zealand. It was filmed by an international crew helmed by action-adventure film maker Bob Gordon. Sallu has done the stunts himself.
Says a unit source, “The only way to reach the shooting locale was by a helicopter. There were five of them on the sets that feature in the ad as well.”
The makers claim that it is the actor’s biggest ad production keeping in mind the ad’s Darr Ke Aage Jeet Hai campaign.
Adds the source, “The film has been mounted on a mega scale and the production budget exceeded over a million dollars.”
The ad goes on air from February 25.

External Affairs Minister S.M. Krishna said the government is not concerned about WikiLeaks but yet interested to know about it.
Interacting with the mediapersons while returning to New Delhi, Krishna said: "India's government is not really concerned but we certainly are interested in finding out what this WikiLeaks are all about because they (Americans) say that they are going to put on the web four million documents,"
On his four-day visit to the Sri Lanka, he mentioned that an agreement was signed with President Mahinda Rajapaksa according to which India will give a 416 million dollars loan for the reconstruction projects in conflict-ravaged parts of Sri Lanka.
"I was able to initiate projects which deal with agriculture projects, housing projects, connectivity and then projects which deal with resettlement of internally displaced persons. On the whole, I had a good discussion with President Rajapaksa," said Krishna.
The External Affairs Minister handed over hundreds of tractors to Sri Lankan Tamils so that they could revive agriculture in the region.
Krishna further said the United Nations Security Council reforms would be discussed with the visiting Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao next month.
"When we will take up discussion with Premier Wen Jiabao on multi lateral issues; the reforms of the United Nations and in particular Security Council is going to figure in our discussion," said Krishna.
During his stay in Sri Lanka, accompanied by the Foreign Secretary Nirupama Rao, Krishna participated in the seventh India-Sri Lanka Joint Commission Meeting to review the progress of the bilateral projects.
