Mahek's linguistic shortcoming became a problem when she was considered for a role in Ajnabee. Mahek quickly learned from her shortcomings. After learning something from KishoreNamit's acting school in Mumbai, which has groomed newcomers Hrithik Roshan and former beauty queens Priyanka Chopra and Dia Mirza.she was able to get a Telugu movie titled Neetho, but the director had to get her dialogues dubbed. She got her bollywood debut with a marginal role in a flick Nayee Padosan. She also did an item number in Kareena Kapoor starrer Chameli. Actor Kunal Khemu who is seeing actress Soha Ali Khan, is in constant touch with her family getting regular updates about her father, former cricketer Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi.
Pataudi was admitted in a hospital in Delhi last week for a lung infection. Kunal is known to be close to Soha's elder brother Saif Ali Khan and his girlfriend Kareena Kapoor as well.
