Mohan Lal plays father and son roles in Talkies
Maluwood superstar Mohan Lal is all set to play another double role in a new flick. The actor who had been exceptional in playing the father and son roles in films like Raavanaprabhu, Uncle Bun and Udayon, will again become the father and his son in the new movie by Shajoon Kariyal titled ‘Talkies’.
The movie which will tell the depressing fate of a young man named Raveendran Nair to somehow run a movie house named Kamala Talkies located in a rural premise of a village named Ramanthuruthu.
Mohanlal will appear as Raveendran Nair and also as his father, a Singapore return who actually constructed this talkie which was once the sole centre of attraction of the village. S Suresh Babu will script this movie which will start its shoot by the end of next month.
