Famous film maker Kannan who is famous for making soft and romantic entertainers like ‘Jeyam Kondan’ and ‘Kanden Kadhalai’ is now taking a change and going for an edge seated crime thriller which has been titled as ‘Vandhan Vendran’.

Young hero Jeeva in the lead and ‘Aadukalam’ fame Tapsee will be playing the female lead opposite him. It is produced by K. Srinivasan of Vasan Visual Ventures, who has produced Aarya’s ‘Naan Kadavul’ and ‘Boss Engira Bhaskaran’ earlier. The young most happening music director Thaman will be scoring the music. P.G. Muthaiah handles cinematography while V.T. Vijayan takes charge of editing. Patukottai Prabhakar pens dialogues and lyrics are penned by Na. Muthukumar, Kabilan, Yugabharathy and Vairamuthu’s son Madan Karki. The film shooting is going to kick start from today.
